Golf Magazine Hails Bahía de los Sueños As 4th Best International Course for 2010
Accolades continue to roll in for architect Tom Doak’s Mexican masterpiece

Media continue to rave about the insurgence of inspiring golf destinations in Baja California Sur. In its December 2010 issue, Golf magazine names Bahia de los Sueños number four on its list of Top 10 New International Golf Courses for 2010, another glowing nod to the impeccable design of architect Tom Doak’s first Latin American track.

Of Bahia de los Sueños, Golf says, “Tom Doak's firm, fast layout two and a half hours of mountain switchbacks northeast of Cabo San Lucas hews seamlessly to the naturally tumbling terrain. Tees and greens melt into the surrounds, bunkers bleed into the thick native desert and the sheer variety is overwhelming, from holes framed by giant Cardon cacti to others that touch the sea, giant white dunes or mountain slopes.”

Doak’s 7,010-yard, par-72 masterpiece opened for preview play in January 2010 and has since received shining reviews from news outlets around the globe, including Golf, Links, Stratos and Colorado Avid Golfer.
