Roy Oliver, a homeowner at Bahía de los Sueños, caught the largest fish of his life on June 7, 2011. Four years ago Roy purchased a lot at Bahía and built a beautiful custom home on his lot. He has been enjoying his home for over a year now. "The natural beauty here is almost unsurpassed along with the quality of the marine environment" says Oliver. Every Bahía visit, Roy makes time for his favorite hobby, fishing. He has been fishing his whole life. At 24 years old he caught a 140 pound Striped Marlin, which is now mounted on his kitchen wall at his Bahía residence. On his recent trip to The Bay, Roy caught a 220 pound Tuna with a Green Jack (a small fish) as bait. It took two hours and 20 minutes to catch this fish. The Tuna was caught on an 80lb test line 14 miles offshore at The Bay. Roy continues to vacation at his home at Bahía and enjoy all that the Bay has to offer.
